Cash register reform: summary
The cash register reform is one of the systemic actions, through which the Government influences the business environment in order to implement its control functions. In August 2019 one could be confident enough – the cash register reform had been completed successfully: the number of registered cash registers increased more than twice to exceed 3.5 million. Reform stages are described by Oleg Sushkov, ex-manager of the MTS Kassa project and a number of other digitalization projects in the MTS Group.
